I'm currently working as a UX Designer at New World Now, LLC in Milwaukee, WI.
As a researcher, I'm driven to uncover a deep, shared understanding of the people, technology, and context behind each challenge. My work centers on using qualitative and quantitative insights to align teams, clarify priorities, and strategically ground business and design decisions in empirical evidence.
As a designer, I prioritize impact over aesthetics, relying on human-centered design principles to lead the way. I believe that — with an early focus on usability, system efficiency, and inclusion — the visual design of a product or workflow naturally falls into place.
Outside of project work, I enjoy studying cognitive psychology and keeping up with trends in design and user research. This ongoing learning progressively shapes how I approach research, structure studies, interpret data, and design solutions that reflect how people actually think, behave, and make decisions.
